The administrative processes are divided into two stages. Stage 1 is designed to manage your personal information after you have passed on. This is to ensure that your family are immediately informed about your after life instructions. Stage 2 is designed to help your family manage all your practical details after stage 1. This is done to assist your Executors and Trustee’s to manage your Estate and help gain Grant of Probate.
Whenigo will automatically collect all your database forms off the system, contact your nominated company or individuals and pass on your after life instructions to them or an accredited advisor, such as your attorney. These forms will include: This allows your family to know exactly what arrangements you have made. By doing this, you take the pressure away from them having to guess what it is you would have wanted. Stage 2. The timing for this section will be within 3 working days after stage 1. Through the online templates, you would have been guided to complete various documents within the programme. These range from a link to your Legal Will, Letter of Wishes/Instructions, Bequests, Clubs, Financial Details, Medical Details, Guardianship, Real Estate, etc. We collect these forms and pass them on to help the respective individuals and organisations to inform them of you having passed away. Whenigo will contact the relevant organisations and any person responsible for executing your Legal Will so that this process may be initiated as soon as possible. We do this to take the pressure off your family at this very emotional time. PLEASE NOTE: Only once a Death Certificate is provided, will your information and life stories under Stage 2 become available in a final document form. This is to protect your private work being prematurely exposed.
