How to order your DIY Legal Will
UK Application Form - SA Application Form
The 3 step Payment Process:
Step 1 - Print out the applicable Application Form above and complete it in full. Place the quantities in the provided box and total them up.
Step 2 - Make payment to either of the above bank details and cross reference it with our Ref "DIY Wills" aswell as your own reference.
Step 3 - Fax the Application Form together with your payment confirmation to the provided number. Note: Where an EFT is done, e-mail the payment confirmation to: admin@whenigo.net
*On receipt of your payment, Whenigo Administrators will contact you and arrange to have your product documents e-mailed to you.
Note:
The Bank will not undertake to:
- make any reference to Value Added Tax or pay a stated sum plus VAT, or other indeterminate element.
- advise remitter’s address to beneficiary.
- advise beneficiary of inability to pay
- request beneficiary’s banker to advise beneficiary of receipt.
- accept instructions to pay as soon after the special date as there are funds to meet the payment, if funds are not available on the specified date.
