The system is designed to produce an accurate and immutable record of electronic communications as they occur. Storage happens on a continual basis each time you save you work. Should anything ever happen to you, your work will be kept stored and nothing that was saved will be edited out (unless we have to, by law). The storage of your life is done in the following two ways:

Electronic Storage
The founder of the Emotional Will product (Andrew McDonald) has established an electronic link between your story and the “World Inspirational Centre” (WIC). The centre was established as a non-profit storage archive and will showcase your life story (under secured passwords) to your family and close friends (if that's what you instruct us to do).

Physical book storage
Once we forward your physical life story book manuscript to the person you have instructed us to (your nominated person), we also keep a copy of it with the WIC. So if your copy gets lost or corrodes over time, we can always reproduce it. You will also have an option to select storage of your own and it will be forwarded to them on your behalf.

How will anyone know where my work is kept?

As your spokesperson, we will inform your network of family and close friends that your story is available for them to read from anywhere around the world and at anytime. You are given tools to provide us with the details of who needs to get your life story. Our job is to make sure that there are many ways of ensuring you will be remembered. We will continue to link the WIC to other organisations where people look for genealogy and family histories. The focus is for our members to have both a physical and digital archive of their lives and the lives of their family members. We regard our service as an important back-up for you.
